Okay, lets chit-chat about that resume. It has a bad rep – it is your first impression to a future employer and it seems like your whole world is riding on one piece of paper – no sweat!
You wouldn’t naturally think that there were rules about what to and not-to include on your resume, but there are. Not all of them need to be followed and not all of them apply to every single applicant – tricky.
But, it doesn’t have to be. I’ve been writing resumes for clients for years now, and the tip is – it’s all about the CONTENT.
I designed a resume workshop because I remember what it was like to have the stress of hoping your resume was worthy enough for a callback. I had great experiences and education, but there was always that “what-if.”
Right now, the resume workshop is free, but it won’t be forever. Once you download it, there will be two files: a workbook and a MS Word Resume Template. You will use the lessons in the workbook to fill out the resume template to match your needs.
The workshop discusses what you need and don’t need on your resume and introduces you to power words and how to effectively write out descriptions of your job experiences. It makes the entire process easier!
In addition to the free workshop, I am offering a 5-min free editing session for anyone who completed the workbook.
If you have any doubts about your resume or if you’re looking to create your first one, this would certainly be a great asset for you!
*Make sure to download soon, it will only be free for a little while longer – then the price will be $15.00!
